error on reschedule NBN installation

Hi,    I am trying to reschedule the NBN installation to 12/06/2019.    But it keep occurring error.    Please fix it.         Thank you.

Your installation appointment has been rescheduled to your preferred date. An email has been sent to you as well providing you the details.

hi nbn cannot be installed at my property due to body corporate.
