how do i connect to a human at TPG?

Hello bots,

 

I have tried the customer service phone numbers and they hang up immediately.

I have tried the tpg.com.au\install link but that doesnt work.

I have tried to PM moderators but the instructions dont work

How on earth are we meant to contact the company when their own methods dont even work?

 

I am trying to reschedule my NBN installation from Jan 2021 now that the NBN have connected the outside box.

H E L P !!!
