I moved in late May, so I applied for a new internet and received a modem, but the internet is still not connected. How long do I have to wait?

I've managed to locate to an account and have seen that your service has been activated since 27 May 2021.
If you already have the modem/router, you should connect it to the NBN box (NTD port 1) and that should automaticalluy configure to have internet access.
