Hi there, I still cant make or receive any calls. I tried to download the tpg 4g voice app, used another phone but it still have the same issue. I suspect there is something wrong with the sim card. My number is 87808922. My address is blk 17 ghim moh road #08-85 s(270017) please kindly help me to expediate this issue thanks.

Hi Shane, please see attached is my tpg account. There is a new issue now. I tried to enable the VoLTE but failed with a pop up noti ( please refer to the ss) kindly help me to expedite this issue asap as alot of my customers tried to call me but failed. Is there any number that I could call so that this case can resolve faster?
