International Roaming not working

Hi, I've enabled international roaming due to recive essential OTP, 

But the international roaming service seems not working. when i plugged in sim card 

it shows no service.

FYI: 

I've put the sim card in for over 24hours. 

Tried restart phone. 

I've enable the service overseas. 

Please reply ASAP.
