Mobile drop out 3 weeks and still dropping out

Mobile dropping out for 3 weeks - when will TPG ensure mobile towers with Vodaphone are working?  This is intolerable

Having had a look at your account, a SIM replacement has been requested. You should receive it within 3-5 working days.
