I have elected to change my sim only phone plan. My account is the status of "Commencing Installation" and the mobile service control panel has disappeared. Data is currently turned off and I want to turn it on but can't because the control panel has disappeared.

How to activate your TPG Mobile SIM card

If a phone plan has been changed, the new plan needs to be activated.
