Hi,
I've had confirmation of SIM activation roughly 5-6 hours ago but have still no service (emergency/SOS only).
I've tried manually selecting the network, resetting phone and reinstalling SIM card.
Cannot call as have no working service
Hi @trentn, let's take a closer look at what's going on here. Have you also tried testing the SIM on a different handset?
Hi @Aubrey, I've tested in another phone, same issue.
The phone detects a physical SIM on Voda network - when the details are viewed it says SIM not provisioned.

My wife and me have the same exactly problem.
We don´t have phone to be able to call TPG and the onle channel we are finding is this one, but really we don´t know if we are taliking with TPG workers. I don´t know if there is anyone who can solve this situation.
