Get online support
I tried to port my old number to tpg yesterday. Got error message retry scanning QR code I did this and still same message. I then uninstalled the sim to see if I could rescan the QR code and have it take, now I am left with no service whatsoever. Helpfully tpg tell me they can only send me a sms to verify my identity which would be fine if I had a working phone. Despite being on hold for over an hour to mobile help I was first put through incorrectly to broadband support then reassured I would be priority in queue and still waited another 45 minutes only to be told that verification services had gone home for the day. Maybe if you didn't keep your customers waiting on the phone for and hour and a half this wouldn't be an issue. Since then I have been 24 hours with no response from tpg and no service. This is impacting banking and everyday activities. I need urgent help

i have tried you three times yesterday and today wwith no response privately. still have no service which has been an issue since monday.
