Online access to mobile accounts

Since they updated the website I can no longer click on the link to open mobile panel. It just says oops an error and goes back to login.

Anyone else had this problem as I need to log in as phone support just to change a plan I went through four people, four verifications and thought yay sorted and three days later get email for a different mobile I have a n the account to be upgraded.

Honestly thinking of moving providers as they are next to useless

Also they tell you to download the mobile app which loads the old system and not the new active plan.

I’m surprised they even have any customers left

This is the error before going to login screen for main account.

Also once logged in contact us page is invalid but works if your logged out.

We appreciate you raising this with us. For Mobile services, please make sure to use either your Customer ID or account number. 

 

As an alternative, you may also try logging in directly to the web version as we also have a new and improved 'My Account' page.

I did log into the app, mobile web page and also pc web page versions using multiple browsers.

Logging into my account and seeing my NBN is fine but the click here that takes you to a new page (mobile page - I assume linked to mobile providers info does not work as per the screenshot. )

So I have zero way of managing five mobile accounts. Customer service is next to non existent when you finally get through to the relevant department. Most representatives are home workers with kids screaming in the background.

Come on start providing a better service and deal with user issues

As for your new improved my account page - contact us doesn’t work. Old link I assume. At least test your own software before you release to customers

It should provide you an option to link all your mobile accounts along with your NBN service, @Cliff1180

 

Nevertheless, let's have a Mobile specialist to assist on getting this sorted. Please PM us with your account number or Customer ID.

Do you really not read the thread

Original Screen shot shows that once logged in the mobile section links to old data that is not live. Top of the page is click here for other services which should link through to the mobile admin page. This gives an oops and goes to the my account login page. Photo added again so you don’t have to scroll back and look
