Should you wish to log on to your online account (My Account), you can either use your Customer ID or username. 

You may also call our Customer Service hotline at 1300 993 011 so they can assist you with your Accounts concern and provide you with the information you require. 

They will need to perform a full verification for the security and privacy of the account or; send us with your complete name and service address via private message so we can check for your account details.
