Just transferred my number over to TPG. eSIM won’t work and is now gone from phone and original QR code won’t work anymore. Can’t sign into “myaccount” to maybe request a new eSIM because it asks for 6 digit code sent to my mobile number but I can’t access it because the eSIM won’t work or receive messages. Can’t call support for the same reason (eSIM is gone from phone) and there’s no email support.
What do I do?
