Vodafone to TPG eSIM port is not working

This morning my existing Vodafone number ported to TPG and my TPG port completed and account is active however, my phone is not getting any network and unable to access calls text, raised this concern with support team so far still not working

Hi @vnimse1788, have you tried restarting your phone yet? Try to select your network manually

 

If nothing works, send us a private message with your details and we'll take a closer look.

Yes despite restarting same issues, I am not able to access my work related application as all authentication codes not coming to my number and this is impacting my work. Pls help on priority
