Initial Voicemail Setup Failure
Device Iphone 6
I dial 121 .. an automated message responds:-
“You're phoning into your mailbox, please enter your mobile number and then press hash”
I comply, but it does not register.
This is repeated several times and then:-
“Please contact Customer Service on 1555”
On phoning 1555, the message is:-
“Your call couldn’t be connected. Please check the number and try again.”
… and so it goes.
Please help.

Hi, sorry. I still have no luck.
FYI
1. Voicemail Tab on Phone Display is inert. No submenu will be displayed.
2. Voicemail Tab down in My Account is set to 'off' with no numbers set to forward. You can make changes, but all will revert to Off / Blank, when you exit the page.
I'm unsure if this is relevent?
