The past 2 monthes the prepaid balance has expired on my mobile and left me unable to make a call or send txt. I have never had this problem before and my pattern of usage has not changed and my account is paid via direct debit and always on time??

Hi Shane, yes i still need assistance, i am still unable to make calls or send txt. It has been about a week now!
