Due to the limit of mobile numbers, we are unable to change mobile numbers once it has been assigned to a sim card. The option in getting a new number is by getting a new mobile service. Should you wish to proceed, a random mobile number will be generated or if you have an existing mobile number from another provider, you can request to port it in. Just shoot us a private message here with your preferred callback number and time; we'll have a mobile specialist to contact you for assistance.

Are you trying to change the phone number that is linked to your broadband account? Or do you have a SIM only plan with us and would like to change to a new mobile number?
If you want to change the number linked to the account, then you may log in to your TPG My Account and edit the information on it.
If the latter, then we'll arrange a call from our Mobile accounts team to discuss the process.
Please send me a PM with your customer ID or mobile number along with your contact details (Preferred time and Mobile number) to be contacted.
