It's has been a day that my mobile internet data is not working. i have checked the connection and even switched my sim card , but it is not working.
Please kindly urgently advise how to resolve this as it brought many inconveniences.

What troubleshooting have you done so far?
Are you using an iPhone or Android? If you're using an iPhone it is best to switch the DATA option to 'DATA only' not 'Voice and DATA'
