I am unable to receive calls, is there something wrong with my SIM or my phone settings (call diversion, barring etc) ?

We tried to locate your account using your community details no to avail.
Have you tried turning off and on your mobile phone? Do you have another mobile phone to test the SIM card? Are you able to call out and use your mobile data?
