Can't send or receive emails because of Invalid name on the certificate

Can someone advise if there is an ongoing email issue.

Over the past 5 day I  have had issues sending and receiving emails on my Outlook 2016 and as of this morning it is happening on my mobile phone too.

The error I am getting is the following:

URL: POP3.tpgi.com.au

Reason: Invalid name on the certificate. Either the name is not on the allowed list or was explicitly excluded.

I have raised the issues via email with the Postmaster on 3 occasions since it stated but as yet I have not had any help or a reply.

Hi @bellev12

Are you able to send and receive emails via Webmail: Post Office?

We'd like to look into this further and see what we can do to rectify the issue.

Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address you are using.
