This has been happening to me for nearly 3 months.

I know of so many other customers experiencing a similar problem, and TPG has been very slow to act on the issue even to the point of saying its not their problem and blaming Crazy Domains.

Good Luck with getting it resolved i suggest a formal complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsmen.

Hi @saleseastwest

Let us help understand what causing issues with the TPG e-mail.

What email client are you using? Can you test sending emails using TPG post office?

Could you flick me a message with your details?

How to send a PM?

Regards,

Hi, I am completely new to any "internet community" so please bear with me.

We too have been having the same problem (can't send tpg emails to Crazy Domains hosted people) for months, and getting nowhere with tpg.  Our tpg friends report the same problem.

We get the same 3 day delivery failure messages back from tpg

"Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout' (delivery attempts: 0)"

It doesn't matter whether I send from Outlook or TPG Post Office.

I would appreciate any help or solutions found for others

Thanks

This has been an ongoing problem for me and TPG has not been able to resolve it.
The issue is TPG emails are bring rejected by Dreamscape who provide the backend service. But nobody will fix the problem. I even got the ombudsman involved but because Dreamscape are a wholesaler and not a retail provider they can’t help.
It’s an absolute disgrace on TPG’s behalf and also Crazy Domains.
