Internet Speed Too slow

Internet playing video freeze many times. Tested the speed which is way below the nbn plan. Just got so frustrated. The nbn technician came to check on it 3 times. Told there’s nothing wrong with the cables. I think this has to do with TPG. May consider changing to a new provider after years with this provider.
