Username and password not working

I have tried to enable the wps on my router but it won't accept the username and password.

Hi Annie57.

What model router do you have?

Are you trying to log into the router to make a change? Userid and password is on the label on router; probably admin and admin. Not your TPG username.

Or, are you trying to connect a device using WPS? This might only need a pin which is generated by the router or is on that label.
