Email sign in

Hi, I have not been able to get emails from my email client. I wS recieving them with no problems. Then i kept getting a message saying that sign in failed. I can access the tpg post office using the same credentials.

May we know which email client is in use? Have you already tried setting up the email again on your device(s)? 

 

I would recommend to check the if there's any update on the mail client and if there's any settings that needs to be changed.
