Trouble connecting to internet

Hi,

I received my router today. I connected everything all the lights are as they should be but I still have no internet connection.

Can you please help me.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your NBN service is already active.

 

However, your router is not communicating to the NBN server.

I don't currently have a computer to use to configure my modem is there some way I can use my mobile phone?

You can definitely use your mobile phone, @bellabella6989

 

Though based on the result of the line test, your internet appears to be working now.
