A) I find that you have deducted from my bank account ending with 777 the following: 

1) 12.10.20 - $11.49

2) 21.10.2020 - $10.20; 

3) 26.10.2020 $10.09. 

B) I have no way of finding out where these monies gone to and whether they are valid deductions. 

C) I find out today my Mobile ending with ... 735 has not been used for data download but you put two charges of 42 cents and 16 cents? 

D) I am therefore wondering if TPG is correctly charging its customers.
