Welcome to the community!
TPG do not have cabling service however if you require assistance for installation cables to the new house it is best to contact NBN Co. directly or we can arrange our Sales Specialists to contact you to discuss the option on getting NBN service for the new house, send me a private message with your best contact number and preferred time.
In the event that you have existing TPG service, please include your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the current address on file).

Hi, we are building a new house and wondering TPG have cabling service we can book while during the construction? Thanks
Hi @rydekeats . You need to discuss this with your electrician before he starts cabling.
Some things to consider:
The type of technology used to connect your property to NBN.
If FTTP, the fibre termination is usually in an inconvenient spot. Run a telephone cable and Cat6 cable to somewhere in house where you want the router.
If HFC, termination is on outside of house. Run coax cable to somewhere in house where you want router.
If FTTC/FTTN, it uses the copper landline cable to pit. Run telephone cable from pit to somewhere in house where you want the router.
Run a telephone cable from the router location to one other point in the house. Allows a standard phone at the remote point to be connected in parallel with another standard phone at the router. With NBN, the phone connects to the Phone port on the router or the Phone port on FTTP box. (Planning for the future.)
Run Cat6 ethernet cables from each room/open area back to a patch panel at location chosen for router. Allow you to have computers or TV or network printer using ethernet connection; or a cabled wifi extender.
