My TPG accounts has 2 email addresses, one for my wife and one for me. In November last year my daughter, who has a yahoo account sent an email to my wife and received the following failure message.
{TPG-D01} Client address {74.6.129.40} blocked. Listed on SORBS. However she was able to send the same email to me when my wife's failed. However on 7/2/2020 when sending an email to me she got exactly the same message. Although there have been similar posts on the community, I have not seen a solution
