I realised that the service is currently not working but please ensure to still leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. Hi @Makinfei Welcome to the Community! Thank you for reaching out to us. I can see that there was indeed an outage that NBNCo had to repair. It was raised by NBNCo on Oct 10 at 12:21PM AEST and it was just resolved today at 10:17PM AEST. NBNCo reported that their technician had to replace a faulty hardware. Our tests show that your modem is already connected. Let me know if you're still struggling to go online so we can check it further. Regards,
