If the new house does not have an exisitng NBN box / NCD. Our Provisioning Team will raise this to NBN Co. to arrange an NBN Technician to perform or complete the installation required for the service. To better understand the status of your service installation PM us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
