Can someone from TPG please resolve this issue. I was promised an upgrade to NBN100 in February and, after many interactions ( messages and phone calls) with Managers, Mods and Technicians who have all made promises that it "will happen from your next billing cycle", nothing has happened. I am now in my THIRD billing cycle since this was promised and it is very frustrating. This offer was initiated by TPG and it would be nice if they could uphold their promises. There is nothing worse than Customer Service making promises and then not following through with them. It does not fill me with any confidence about the operations of TPG. I am a (very) long term customer - 23 years - and I am now seriously considering moving to another provider because of this issue. I would love this issue to be resolved before I totally lose faith with TPG.

Hi @Wiser Have you had any response to your message on 5 June yet? I'm in exactly the same situation as you - long term (>20 years) customer and still waiting for the promised upgrade. I too am becoming very frustrated - seeing as this offer was initiated by TPG!!! Cheers, Steve

I have the same problem. I have received an email advising of a price increase and offering an upgrade to NBN100 for 12 months. The link to opt-in in the email is broken and just takes me to a page saying " Request Denied! If you have any questions contact the admin."

I have been waiting for 5G Home Broadband to be available in my area since I moved here in March. Initially, the TPG website said "End of April 2023". Then it changed to "End of May 2023" Now it simply states "This product is not available at your address". I am in Bruce, ACT. Can you please advise me on the status of 5G Home Broadband to this area. Vodafone has this service available.

I have recently moved into new premises and the only phone socket is located in the bedroom upstairs. I want to have my NBN modem downstairs next to my PC. Is it possible for TPG to arrange installation of a new socket (or relocate the existing socket)? Thanks.

This issue seems to be resolved. I have not had any further dropouts for the last 3 hours. Hopefully, this will continue.

Since approximately 6:00pm yesterday (18 March), my NBN connection has been dropping out. I have noticed today (19 March) that this is happening more frequently - every 20-30 minutes. It then takes around 10-15 minutes to reconnect. I have rebooted the modem by turning it off at the power point but this has not helped. No changes have been made to my setup on my PC. This has just started happening for no reason. My connection has been extremely stable up until this time. Steve

I received an email from TPG today (20 August 2019) stating the following: Dear Customer , We were unable to automatically pay your last invoice due to a problem with your current payment method. We will make additional attempts to process your renewal, but your service may be interrupted. To avoid a delay in your service. Update your payment now Please note that payment was processed by my bank on 15 August 2019. There has been no change made to my method of payment and it should have been received by TPG. I have noticed that the TPG support page for Mail Account Settings is out of date https://www.tpg.com.au/support/emailsetting.php The latest Outlook Instructions which are provided are for Outlook 2010. There have been several updates to Outlook since then (2013, 2016, 2019). Can you please arrange to include these versions in your instructions. Thank you.

I am very frustrated. I was connected last week to the FTTN NBN service with the Archer VR1600v Modem/Router. My TV is connected to a stand alone PC running Kodi which in turn is connected to a Synology NAS. This has operated perfectly for around 2 years. Since connecting to the Archer router, I am unable to connect to the NAS. No settings etc. have been changed - the only thing different is the Archer router. I have tried every possible solution that I can think of and exhaustively searched for a solution online with no success. I have created a Vitual Server for the NAS and reserved IP addresses for the NAS and for the external PC. Everything else works perfectly. I can connect from my laptop, my main desktop PC, my XBox One, my IPad and my mobile phone. The only issue is talking to the NAS. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have pre-registered for connection to the NBN Network with TPG. NBN is scheduled to be available at my home on 23 March. When will I hear anything from TPG e.g. router delivery, connection appointment etc.
