Internet has dropout again since last night around 10pm. It's been out for nearly six hours now.

HFC dropouts from November onwards. From hours to days of dropouts. Tech support always fail to explain the reason for outage. And usually no reply until 36 hours later. It's becoming unbearable and affecting my work from home. Reliability and service is appalled.
