Hello,   I have an old mobile plan with TPG: 65: Plenty Plan Medium. I am using this plan with a micor SIM. I just bought a new phone and contacted TPG requesting for a nano SIM for my new phone. TPG told me that the nano SIM for my plan is not available until 2019. There is no specific date specified. 1) I wish to post a question here first. Does TPG have an obligation to provide nano SIM for this plan? 2) If it does, when is the nano SIM available? 3) If it does not have the obligation then please explicitly indicate.   Many thanks for your information. Hello @Riezl, @Anonymous and others,   I am very happy to have my adsl2+Offnet swithed to NBN in a very efficient way.   This is about the issues described in https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/NBN-Installation/Common-issue-FTTC-NBN-NCD-No-DSL-connection/m-p/17171#M1673   I just wish to take this opportunity to thanks every one at TPG team to help connecting to the NBN. This issue was resolved in less than one week as opposed to from several weeks to months as we can read in the forum.   The TPG team is extremly efficient with the following - less than 24 hours to send a TPG tehcnical  from the time TPG identified the issue - less than 48 hours, TPG booked a nbn person - less than 4 days, nbn person came. I was very lucky with this, since this was outside TPG influence. - less than one week, the switch from adsl2+Offnet to nbn was completed. Hi,   This seems to be the common issues in this forum. What has happened. I order NBN FTTC SL Bundle Superfast.   I got NBN NCD and TPG modem with the text message asking to follow instructions at https://goo.gl/tkkbbM Serveral tests were done at after 8am, and 11am today; there is still no DSL connection. I am told the the case is escalated to Engineering department, and I will be contacted between 24 to 48 hours.   Following this forum, for all similar FTTC cases, in the end NBN engineer is contacted to fix the issue. I am wondering if there is any streamline process such that NBN people is contacted sooner to reduce the total lead time to be less than 6 working weeks.   I understand that TPG indicates that the process can take between 2 working days to 30 working days. It's 6 weeks. I have seen in this forum, for FTTC it has been around the 4 to 5 week mark.   Best Regards, Thanh ... View more

Hello,   @Moderators (Shane, Reizl); I really appreciate your time and help on my previous questions regarding NBN.   I am a TPG user with ADSL2+ OffNet; phone line is provided by Telstra. My area is about to be connected to NBN FTTC. I want to have NBN connected with TPG as RSP. The reason for my pedantic questions is that I need connection to the workplace every day.   1) What is the maximum service interruption period during which I have no internet connection when switching from TPG ADSL2+ OffNet to TPG NBN100? I am told by TPG that my address will be provided with FTTC.   2) Is there any URL from TPG that describes this process? 3) In case (1) when there is no internet connection for more than 5 working days, is it possible to roll back to TPG ADSL2+ OffNet while waiting for Nbn and TPG to sort out the issues? 4) What is the maximum telephony service interruption when switching to NBN? If possible, I wish to have my phone number ported.   5) I am also the TPG Mobile user. During the period when I have no internet and no telephony service, is there any number that I can talk to TPG about NBN installation using my mobile without being time charged?   Once again, many thanks for your time and help.
