I have been waiting for the connection for a long time and I have seen customers complaining that they have been waiting for the technician to visit for more than 2 months. If my situation is identical, I want you to cancel my plan and return all the money initially paid.

so ask Telstra to hurry up I paid for a service and I still haven't been able to enjoy it. I have around 15 days for the next bill and I will not pay if I do not install the internet...simple like that. It is not fair to pay for something I did not use.

How long to make my internet signal available? I made my plan on 24/04 and so far I don't have internet. My bill will arrive soon and I still have no sign.
