What utter hopeless service, after over a month of wait the technician came and said it couldn’t be installed. Unbelievable! Can’t believe such a company would scam customers promising them that they are able to connect to their services but once you’ve paid, nothing is done. Its been over 2 days which you said they wouldve call me, im done waiting for a response. I would like a refund and you to cancel the service that was non-existent in the first place. I absolutely agree with you, bragging about being one of the largest provider it really lacks the ability to provide any sort of service with anything that is meaningful.
