Hi Luis –no one has contacted us yet and we are still experiencing frequent dropouts every single day. This ticket has been open for over two weeks and we have no concrete answer (we've had the issue with frequent dropouts since we moved to NBN –we haven't had a functioning internet connection since) . I am having the exact same issues I’ve had a technician come out and replace the black nbn box I’ve used two different modems and both lose connection for about 5-15 minutes sometimes longer and I’ve had it drop out sometimes up to 20 times a day I would like this resolved ASAP as I am paying for the service but not getting a good product ... Hi @Phil2      I spoked to your case manager, and they didn't close your ticket with NBN, it was under Monitoring,  also attached, my findings to your existing ticket, it will lodge back to NBN,  until we see your connection is stable, the case will not be closed    Thanks  Rajen  ... View more

Mine doesn’t work either. I’ve tried reaching technical support for 2 weeks every day at different times starting at 8am and they are always “with other customers” and ask me to try later.
