i've getting issue for a month now would probably change ISP even i have been using them for few years

it was happening since last week, expecailly in the strong windy days. the internet light from the router is not on or red (green when it is normal) it was annoying and frustrated in gaming. price goes up but stability goes down

Hi there i have experiencing dropouts in the morning from the past few weeks it happens everyday at least 1 times, worst case 5 to 6 times from 8am to 12pm, the service usually be back within a minute or less then 5 mins I am working at home and cant really take it, as I cant even join the meeting in time or disconnected during the meeting. for the rest of the time, it is most likely fine and I am using the ethernet cable connecting to the router directly, not using wifi.

hi david I've tried many times, still not working BUT finally i found it is not @TPG.com.au it is @the preset domain name once I user my username@the preset domain It worked immediately....

hi David, thanks for your reply, it did not work it looks like the user name and passwork not matching? the same username and passwork i tried few time which is able to login to the tpg website so there should be no any typo issue

Hi There, the rounter Hauwei HG659 was from my TPG-FTTB plan few years ago, I have now moved to a new address, and only NBN is available now the TPG NBN is installed, they gave me the TP-link rounter come with plan, but i feel the previous HG659 rounter is more stable Question is when i plug the HG659 it said internet is connected in the router's front page, (the internet light is also ON in the router itself) but then another page showing: "Your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured." "You do not need to do anything just now, but if this message stays for more than 30 minutes try rebooting the modem/router and waiting a few minutes. If this message continues to persist, you should contact the Helpdesk of your Internet service provider." it just can't connect to the internet. is the this router competitble to NBN? and if so, any setting required? is there any login required (there was a pre-set login in the router fttbacs@tpgacs) Thanks

I am getting the issue exactly same issue since the same period I tried to connect the game with the wifi in work place, which provided by Optus, It is fine, so 100% issue from TPG

Hi KarlB, Thanks and sorry for the late reply, it is using wifi connection, the latency was become better after the post, but then worsen again in recent days here is the result: Pinging 203.12.160.35 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 203.12.160.35: bytes=32 time=16ms TTL=228 Reply from 203.12.160.35: bytes=32 time=15ms TTL=228 Reply from 203.12.160.35: bytes=32 time=52ms TTL=228 Reply from 203.12.160.35: bytes=32 time=21ms TTL=228 Ping statistics for 203.12.160.35: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 15ms, Maximum = 52ms, Average = 26ms I have also tested to play in my working place's wifi (after work hours) it is fine, not feeling any latency (the game server also showing my connection status (green/orange/red) when i connecting with the work wifi, it is green/orange but when i connected with my home wifi it is always red)

Hi There, just wondering if there any issue for connecting overseas i'm having latency issue since sunday, i'm playing a online game which server located in singapore, it takes0.3s to 0.5s for every action
