Hello, I am with the ADSL2+ Unlimited with home phone plan. Today my internet speeds suddenly became very slow and my home phone receiver is showing the "Check TEL Line" message. I can neither make nor receive calls with it and all I can hear is a static noise. This is the exact same problem that I encountered some 2 months back. Could you please kindly help me with this? Hi Shane, I have just got off the call the the technician and she guided me through a line test and has informed me that my case will be forwarded to the engineers for further investigation. Thanks!

Hi! Adsl2 speed has suddenly slowed down about 2 weeks ago. Was hopefully that it would resolve itself but 2 weeks has passed and it is still very slow. Location Armadale VIC Loading web pages take an age and even Youtube clips at 360 or 480p are a struggle! Hardly ever use my home phone but realised it has a Check TEL Line message on it. Can't make or receive any calls and can only hear static noise. Please help! Thank you very much

Hi! I’m signed up to the adsl2+ Unlimited with home phone plan. The internet speed has suddenly gotten very slow since 2 weeks ago. I’m struggling to even watch YouTube clips at 480p. I have tried resetting the router and the isolation test but nothing has changed. However my home phone receiver shows “check TEL Line” message on the screen. There is a very loud static noise and I can’t make or receive calls. I’m wondering if you could help me figure out what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank you!
