Hi, I just want to cancel this and change back to my old plan. I was advised that if i’m not happy with this I can always cancel anytime. Please don’t have your tech call me since I won’t me at home during business hour and answer their questions about the connection or resetting the modem Can I please have this plan cancel?

Hi, I’ve just set up my 5G modem. However, i’d like to return it and revert back to my old plan. Internet connection is very slow and not worth the effort. Thanks

Will you be able to check how many times the internet has dropped since 23rd Aug? It is not stable at all. By the time I'm sitting here replying to your message, the line has just dropped few mins ago. Very annoying as not only do I keep being disconnected from my zoom meeting, but also you saying that the network is now stable and the problem is now fixed, well it's not.

My network has been disconnected randomly for 3-4 mins twice to 4 times a day. Called Technical support several times, also received a message on my phone that the problem has been solved and the ticket issue is now closed. They simply did nothing but keep saying the problem was solved while it's not.

Hi, My internet has been unstable lately. It oftens disconnects multiple times throughout the day. This is really frustrating because my Zoom calls got disrupted a lot Can you please investigate this? Thank you Quinn

Hi, I have received a call last Friday saying that the NBN co has updated my address. They said they will run some testing and trouble shooting and will investigate whether my NBN box serial number is matched. They also said that they will contact me on Monday for further updates, however there was no call. How long do I have to wait for this problem to be solved. It’s already been almost a month now.

Hi KarlB Another week has passed by and I haven’t reiceived any calls or got any updates. It’s been a total of 3 weeks without wifi connection now.

Have you really gone through my case? The problem raised because of NID serial number mismatching with the system. So stop telling my plug and unplug the cables caused the problem is not how I setup the router. You guys telling me to wait over and over again. How many 24 to 48h processes do I need to wait more? You can start to think about how you would refund me so I can change to other service provider.

I have contacted with TPG customer service, I tried live chat, I’ve sent all the required documents to nbnfaults email, I have even sent my serial number of my NBN box to the case manager. Nothing was solved I was advised that there is a mismatch of my NBN box serial number. I was put on hold for 2 hours to connect with the case manager. This is really frustrating. Can someone help please?

Yes. It’s plugged into the blue port and UNI D1 port in the NBN box

It’s a TP-Link AC1200. It’s a modem supplied by TPG also the cable.

I have receive TPG modem yesterday and follow the instructions to connect the wifi. However, there is no light on the UNI D port. I try to plug in different port as well but no use. Can please somebody help me?. I called the customer service yesterday but the problem was not solved
