Hi @mags308a,   I've checked the account and the technician is right, there's no evident fault on the copper network. I've made some adjustments and can see that the modem is now getting a good sync speed of 5144Kbps Downstream and 1020Kbps Upstream.   I've reviewed the notes and learned that you have a phone connected along with your modem as well. Is that right?
