My internet and home phone is down on Sunday. Displayed on NBN box. power icon is on. connection icon is flashing slow blue light and clicking , other two are not lit at all. I tried turn off power supply and reset it but nothing changed, then I contacted TPG technician for help later when testing the line i was told it will forward the problem to engineering and within 24 hours they will contact me , by early morning on Monday 31 october I didn't see anything so i contacted TPG technician again , i was informed same as before , until today Tuesday morning 01 Nov is after 24 hours still no one called me. I only received the message after contacting TPG 2nd time with the TPG ticket #xxx. I also logded faulty claim on TPG app the problem still there but on 31 Oct it showed Resolved ???? I had to logde faulty again , this is very funny ! is this how TPG serves with customers?  I am very disappointed, my home internet and phone is completely down for nearly two day without any information what going on from TPG  Please help !    ... Hello .how can i remove my credit card detail ? In my account direct debit is setup already for saving account . This enquire is for my mum account ( cauchung ) i fill my credit card detail before to topup a balllance in her home phone account when she just switched to  NBN  . I really don't understand why the TPG doesn't Provide a modem that its users easily check out and upgrade to a newer version if available , I can see here many people questioning whether or not the firmware version of their modem has been lasted version . I got a problem about 2 weeks from now with wifi speed  playing up and down sometime just about 3Mps ( my plan is 25 ) this never happen before even contact technical service and changed over new modem also technician come to my home to test ,he said  try  to switch the different channel let see any better  if still occur put back to auto and  reboot the modem when it happen ! This is not good for long-term...  I think something have been change and  it concern with Telstra that make many people got the same wifi problem which is not happen before!  It is not the best solution  to keep rebooting router each time when  wifi speed slowed  .TPG should find out what going on ..... ...
