Hi @mbanh

Our apologies for the inconvenience. I can disable your credit card on your account and the future payments will be debited automatically from the direct debit on file. Clearing of payment takes 3-4 working days and if there is a rejection of payment request, a $10 rejection fee will incur.

If you need anything else, just let us know.

Best regards,

Angeli

You are did not complete reading my question from the start ! This question i am asking for my mum , NOT my account . Because i fill in my credit card account detail in her account for top up. some credit so she can use the home phone straight away( New NBN home phone just actived) instead waiting for couple day to get a top up her credit by her saving account .
Now everything going on track then i want to remove my credit card detail in her account ( cauchung ) Not in my account . Please roll back anything you done for my account ( mbanh).
