Hi @lindamartin28b . What model wifi router do you have? What wifi band does the TV connect to? 2.4GHz or 5GHz? Which band are you trying to connect with the phone and laptop?

Hi lindamartin28b. Based on the latest update our Engineering Team is awaiting updates from the NBNCo. We will chase this with them and have them contact you for the update also to discuss interim fixes. Regards, Still no internet and no booking from a technician. Do TPG provide dongles as interim fixes?
