And it's still happening. Emails sent by gmail contacts are simply getting bounced. Have notified the TPG postmaster, but not hopeful.

I recently converted mail account from POP3 to IMAP on my laptop (Dell Inspiron). Incoming mail syncs fine but sent items dont sync at all. Is there a way to sync the sent folder? I'm running Outlook 2016 and Windows 10 Home. MikeyA
