A good example would be a free Microsoft or Gmail account. Then create a new email address for all your legitimate correspondence which you do not give out in 99% of cases. The only times you need to check the 'spam' email address is to clear it out once in a blue moon, if at all.   Unfortunately there's no way to 'repair' the damage done already with your existing address, because it is already out there in the spam mail lists. You could always use this one as your dedicated spam box since its there.   This way your personal/legitimate email address is kept spam free.   ... View more
