Hi, Am I able to pelase get some assistance with upgrading my NBN plan, I have attempted to upgrade my plan over the last few weeks to the NBN Home Ultrafast, but keep recieveing the error <E: PlanRules:UnknownChangeType> .

Looks like the nbn site just updated and there is an unplanned outage.

Hi, I am currently unable to connect to the internet in ringwood, vic 3134. Are there any outages or issues currently. The nbn hfc modem is not able to get a connection and it just flashing. I ha e tried power cycling but no luck. I have checked the nbn and tpg sites and there are no listed outages currently. I am on an nbn 250 plan

Hi Support, I recieved the complementry boost email yesterday (5/3) stating my plan would be upgraded from the 4/3/21 but I havent seen any any increase to my current 100mbps plan. Can you pelase have a look when you get a chance. Speed test attached. Thanks in advance

Hi Support, ADSL 2+ Internet services with TPG dropped out suddenly at about 9pm and I can no longer connect. Authentication fail error when the modem attempts to log in. My account login works fine via the tpg website on my mobile and there are no errors listed in my account. Can this please be investigated. Location: Ringwood. Tests performed: Power cycled modem, tried a factory reset and isolation tests but no change.

Hi, Over the past week i have seen my ADSL 2+ speeds drop to unacceptable levels that are now causing severe latency issues with online gaming and general internet usage. Prior to this time frame i was sitting at 18 Mbps and no i am bearly getting 4 Mbps. I have run through various power cycling tests, reset my modem configuation and disconnected all devices apart from the main PC and nothing has improved.
