Hi @ryanjm83 . TPG should notify you when your connection is ready and which port to use.. Usually it is port 1. But, there is no harm to try each one. You had an issue with Google Nest in 2022. Was that resolved? Has anything changed that you are asking this now?   BTW, email notifications from Community is not working. You have to check back here from time to time. Welcome to TPG Community @ryanjm83!   For NBN FTTP connections, the handset should be connected to the UNI-V port of the NBN box. We can look into your account and confirm which port is provisioned for your TPG service.
