Hi @Ahra_G    I am on the NBN Cable Broadband Unlimited Superfast (F) Plan. This is meant to be a 100Mbps plan.   I have just restarted the NBN connection box and the Archer VR1600v. I ran another speed test connected via LAN. The result is here: http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/c1f00d70-a02d-11ec-9c0c-b51ba157990b Ping: 13ms. Download: 0.4Mbs. Upload: 21.1Mbps Note that uploads are normal at around 20.0Mbps, but downloads are sub ADSL speed. I ran the same test this morning for the helpdesk team. Is it a broken modem? Hi @BasilDV,   Just so I am clear - you're asking me to hard reset the TP-Link router supplied by TPG, and not the Arris cable modem supplied by NBN Co... Is this correct?   Once a hard reset blows away all settings, where do I go to enter in my TPG account username / password that are used by the router when it does the PPPoE authentication handshake with TPG's Radius servers?   Are there any other settings I need to put in other than the account username and password?   ... Thanks @Riezl   I will keep an eye on the modem if this happens again. The log definitely shows a PPP re-auth at 13:48.   That said - if the NBN logs you see show a stable connection for 3 days, it puts the issue over at TPG somewhere.   BTW, what is my nearest node? What outage notifications should I be looking for before raising any tickets with support?   We used to belong to the Rose Bay (NSW) exchange in the ADSL days. Hi @BasilDV,   I've detected two dropouts so far. The last was at lunch time today. We were listening to Spotify on a Google Home Mini and it stopped for 2-3 minutes. The previous dropout was on Thursday around lunch time.   Both of the times I logged onto the TP-Link router to check. The network map showed the internet was not connected. Click refresh a couple of times and the internet link recovers.   The network map screen shows info similar to the details below during a dropout.   Internet Status: Disconnected Connection Type: PPPoE IP Address: 0.0.0.0 DNS Server: 0.0.0.0 Gateway: 0.0.0.0   Next time it happens, I will take a screen grab. Unfortunately I was not near the modem to check if it was rebooting at the time or if there were any lights flashing. Next time I will try to get there to see.   Also, I'm pretty sure when the connection recovers, the IP Address changes but I did not record this so I can't be 100% sure.   I just pulled the router's system logs. They show something happenening at the PPP layer at 13:47-13:48 today with a new AuthReq being sent.   What's the best way to send you the router's system logs without sharing it with the rest of the world? ... I'm having similar dropouts at Dover Heights NSW but at this stage nowhere near as frequent as those reported above. I have NBN's Arris CM8200B cable modem feeding into TPG's standard TPLink Archer VR1600v router. Is there a way to obtain a log from the router to get a better handle on the situation.
