Hi BasilDV Thanks to the information. Has solved the problem of not being able to send from my Primary address. I suspect that this occurred when making (unsuccessful) changes as suggested by the TPG "Help desk. Currently still having problems of duplicate emails being downloaded to my PC Outlook and originals STILL remaining in Web Mail In box. Problems have only arrisen in the last two weeks ( would not like to suggest that they are related to transfer of account to TMC, but coincidence)

Hi Neates I am in the same position being a Newsletter Editor for a Club.using Outlook on PC. Have had to set up 7 groups of (less than 20) recipients then have to copy>paste>resend. Has worked OK for 6 years. Have requested (8th August) transfer to The Message company (TMC). No notice of actual date of this transfer. Last week first edition of Newsletter sent "Hung" for over an hour did not appear in Sent folder or In folder. Finally it went and I got message from System Admin Error 452 "Too many recipients." ? I then tried sending to only myself but got the same error message. The TPG "Help" desk suggested changes to my Outlook setup to no avail (I had not made any changes my end).Said Would have to pass problem up the chain. Never got the promised call. Not sure if the problem is/was associated with the change to TMC. Also noticed that when I log on to PC to access my emails I started to get duplicate copies of all emails.? After several emails to Postmaster I got a call today. From the discussion It seems that if you have other alias email addresses that you have transferred to TMC these are treated as seperate accounts. The caller seemed to infer that I had not transferred/registered one of my accounts. But if I log on to Web Post Office I can access it from Both seperate accounts. I assume that because they are now seperate accounts this is why i am getting duplicate emails when I log on my PC. Still have not resolved my OUTLOOK problem of sending from one account on PC I think that this may be due to one of the changes suggested by the "Help desk" I just need someone to tell me the exact OUTLOOK settings needed for access to TPG/TMC mail.com.au. Hopefully this will only be a small (but frustrating) problem with the transfer. While I ponder what I am going to do in the future regarding a "free" email provider. Not sure the Gmail or Outlook will continue to provide this service. Heard that Bigpond is doing the same.

I have chosen to transfer my TPG email to The Messenger Co. I transferred as per instructions several weeks ago. Last week email hung in space for over an hour before finally appearing in my Outbox. I immediately then received error 452 "To many recipients ". Also now receiving duplicate emails for each message when I log on and DL to my PC. Emails also now still remain in Web mail. TODAY cannot log on TO TPG Web mail? Are these signs of the new service we are going to receive?? No notice from TPG as the when official transfer date is/was. Nothing from TMC. ps still having problems sending emails.

This seems to be a recent problem which I have now encountered (5 - 8/5/23). A few "Moderators" appear to be "Looking in to it" My question is has aanyone come up with a solution/reason for the problem.

Another one doing the rounds today. I got one very official looking TPG email from "Billingservices@tpg.com.au" , saying TPG security has been upgraded and I will have to update my details or my service will be suspended, the link is disguised as a Update button.

Thanks again David for the advice. As I said before I do not have a device I can (easily) connect direct to the main Deco. Hence all my checks were via wifi. I realise that there will be some degradation of speed using wifi. I can try your suggestion now that the second Deco is close enough to my PC to use a direct connection. If I get a device I can easily connect to the main Deco I will also try that. My comment about different speed results was because I was so surprise by the difference when using the TPG Speed test on the phone as against the Deco App (on phone) Speed test. Overall I am happy with the improvement in speed, but still a bit disapointed with the inconsistency in speed during different times of the day.

Thanks again David64, As I have FTTP I was planning to ditch the old router and connect direct to the modem. For anyone else interested here are some details. I have now replaced the original Netcom N300 NF12 with a pair of TP LINK DECO M9P's. One at the modem, the other in the home office at the end of the main passage ~ 15m away. Installation was a breeze using the TP LINK DECO App. All you need to make sure is that you have all the correct passwords for your account. Once I had the first one installed (Unit immediately informed me and did a firmware update) I did a couple of TPG Speed checks. With the old Router, 1. At my PC (Home Office ) on Wifi using a TP LINK Adapter WN821N (only 2.4G Band) spec's say good for upto 300Mbps I was getting (av) 25/22 2. With a Samsung Tablet a. At Router 60/22 b. At the PC location 30/21 c. Furthest Bedroom 42/22 With the first New Router DECO M9 a. At Router138/24 b. At PC 134/23 c. At Bedroom 125/22 3. On the PC (still using same Wifi Adapter) I got 115/23 I then installed the second DECO directly above my PC. Again the DECO App detected the second unit and set it up within minutes. (also did Update of Firmware on this unit). With two units, again using the tablet I got a. At PC 150/23 b. At Bedroom 140/23. c. On the PC speed went up to 142/23 Today I have connected the PC directly to the DECO via RJ45 cable, Speed check shows speed of 154/23. One question that did arise was which Speed check can you believe. Mostly I have used the TPG Custom Speed check (as above) so the above are comparing apples and apples, but In working through the DECO App I have found that you can do a speed check, so I did, to my amazment I got the following results. These were done on my phone . TPG 38/23 Deco App 265/23 which is above the 200Mbps Plan speed I am on at the moment. There is a write up in the app about speed checks quoting that their speed check is between the Deco and the Internet as against a client to internet check but as I did this from my phone I still find the difference amazing. If only I were getting the quoted Deco speed.

Hi David64 Thanks for the comments The NT300 NF12 only has 2.4G Band. This modem provided in 2017 by TPG was also discontinued in 2017 but has the latest 2018 Firmware. Netcomm no longer provide support for this model. Unfortunately the TPG modem/router is installed in the kitchen/family room, my PC (preferred) is located in spare room at the end of the main passage approx 16m away almost line of sight to router. I have done TPG speed tests throughout the house at different times, with two different phones, a Samsung Tablet plus the fixed PC. Unfortunately I do not have a laptop with a RJ45 connection to do a direct connection to the router. Best speed acheived at any time has been 66/23 (Tablet within 3m of router), average would be around 30/20 lowest around 14/10. So I think the router is the problem. Hence the look to upgrade. Will also look into PC Wifi. Yes I have FTTP. TPLink say "Deco supports five internet connection types: PPPoE, Static IP, Dynamic IP, PPTP, and L2TP. That means Deco can work with most ISPs." So I think I should be ok on that score. Apparently TP Link have an App to make the setup of their units simple. From what comments I have seen it seems to work (the App) pretty well. I was just wondering if anyone else has had any experience going down this path hence the post. When I get the units I will do another speed test before and after and put up an update to this post.

TPG have gratiously offered me a short term upgrade to 200mbps speed, up from my 50mbps plan. But with the old original N300 NF12 router modem, they say I can only (possibly) get better speed with LAN cable connections (not possible). I have done A speed check through the house and currently can only get 69/22 best location next to router, to 18.5/13 furthest away. At different times over a period of two months best speed ever obtained on fixed location PC via WiFi was 66/23 worst 12/6 I am thinking of purchasing a pair of TP-Link Deco M9P's to set up a mesh network. Has anyone else had experience with thse units or have comments on this idea?

Hi Never heard of Imperva. When I run a VPN it is through Norton 360. Running or not running my VPN makes no differece to this problem. I tried your suggestion below. Looks like Windows 10 is slightly different layout but I got to the Proxy settings No Proxy addresses shown. With Automatic and Manual Proxy settings all cleared problem still exists. Hi David64, Thanks for the help Answers to your questions Yes this is Unisuper.com.au No I did not clear that one. But having cleared it and restarted computer on first try I was able to log in ..BUT on second try original problem. After repeating this clearing I still have the same problem? I am using Chrome Browser and yes Google Chrome is up to date Version 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) (64-bit) Yes I have tried MS Edge no problems there. (Just prefer to use Chrome.) Not sure about "Proxy" I am not that IT literate to know what this means the details I showed on initial post was the message that is displayed on the Unisuper Not available page. Never had this problem before with either this site or Chrome, been using both for years. Have not found same/any problems with any other sites. Nothing different on PC other than usual MS Windows updates. Regards

I am having problems on my PC trying to access UNISUPER, I keep getting the message That it is undergoing maintence (I have check and is not the case) message also says What happened? This request was blocked by the security rules Your IP: 193.114.122.134 Proxy IP: 45.60.81.141 (ID 10341-100) Incident ID: 341001070000585228-3092058647894732 I have searched the web and it sound like a ERROR 15 or 16? I have tried all the suggestions,ie. reset time, using a VPN, disabled firewall protection, Cleared browsing history, Cookies etc. all to no avail. No problem with any other sites. I can access the site via my Tablet via same router. Has anyone else any ideas.

Thanks again. Yes I understand that I can set up filtering for the INCOMING emails that may be construde as spam. But as I am unable to predict what emails it is going to label as spam (most recent ones were regular contacts I have had/used for years) I wanted to know how I can easily recover emails that have been put in the SPAM folder by mistake in the first place.

Thanks Shane, Now I know where to find the settings I will see what happens now that I have adjusted some. Just strange that the "System" suddenly starts doing things that it has never done before. Also is there an easy way to recover/redirect emails designated as Spam?. Other than doing what I have been doing and that was Forwarding to another address, and then forwarding back to my TPG address. Cheers

I see that some others have had similar problems in the past. But I also have other questions. Over the past month emails from people I know that have sent emails before have been getting redircted to the Spam folder (on my Web mail). Why? However, when I download my mail to my PC this mail does not appear in my Outlook Junk folder. How can I transfer these legitamate emails back from the SPAM folder to my In box? I have tried to forward them (from web mail) back to my address, the program tells me they were successfully sent but they never arrive in either my (Web mail) In box or back in Spam. Only way I have found it to send to another email address and then redirect it back from there. A time consuming excercise. Previous replies to this problem have mentioned changing settings from Medium to Low etc. But I cannot see/find anywhere on the Web mail to change these settings so I am assuming that they are refering to their email program ie Outlook. ? Can anyone clarify this for me ?

Hi Ozell, I had the same problem about three months ago I receievd the following email from TPG. "Just a quick update. We've raised the issue with our Post Masters and they've advised us that our mail server is being blocked by Yahoo for no apparent reason. Please be informed that they are now processing the unblocking of our mail servers. Further updates will be given once available." I never received any further updates but the problem WAS RESOLVED. Not had any problems since. Hope this helps.
