What your results using Ethernet Cable (3m not worth using wifi) If you must use WIFI: To force xbox to use 5GHz.. pick one... * 2.4GHz is disable at the router * toggle off for about a minute till xbox connects to 5GHz (mesh wifi same ssid) * Label 5GHz band differently from 2.4GHz Try a speed test at Fast.com using xbox browser.. xbox speed test connect to the US Servers, that's why latency is 160+

Have you tried setting your DNS settings. DNS1: 8.8.8.8 (Google) DNS2: 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) I set them on pppoe settings so everyone on the network uses them. Also helps to access curtains sites that may be blocked.

Thank you @Shane and @Ahra_G Technician (Joe) came out, and did a thorough check of all the equipment, very happy with the service.. Fault turned out to be in the NBN box out in the nature strip in front of the house. Water log and corrosion in the splitter (i think that's what it was called). He replaced it with a new one and all seems to be running well (8+ hrs so far). Once again thank you for all help Keep Safe Peter..

Annoying Download Speed Drops Using Ethernet direct to modem, same issue on WIFI too Very frustrating boot cycling both nbn box and modem helps for about 10 minutes Then it drops and rises every couple minutes. @Shane With further information from the numbers I was calling, it seems they had issues with their phone lines. I guess everything seems working correctly for our line atm. Thank you.

Looks to me the current firmware Phone 1 stays on when the phone number is registered to their servers. Regardless if a phone is plugged in or not. (I have a phone pluged in both ports only Phone 1 is on) Are you having the same dropouts on both 2.4 and 5 Ghz bands? Other devices that may affect the 2.4Ghz signal include old cordless phone, microwave, garage door opener and even Wireless Headphones.

Just tried setting up my TPG email in Outlook 2019 , and recieve the same password popup if i attempt to set up IMAP, but using POP3 worked fine... @neiljohnson My current solution for this is to: Add an old Telstra corded phone to Phone 2 and put it off the hook (it will make an annoying tone) I just unplug the handset cord from the socket sightly that way no sound is transmitted threw the handset. I still using this solution till this day. (I don't want to have to keep calling support just to make changes I could be doing my self) Real solution would be you have to call TPG techs to have them edit the VOIP setting on Phone 2 not registered to the same number.. preferable no number at all.. seems after reboot or reset it falls back to the original way... so old Telstra phone is my way out...

Hi all Currently receiving a pre recorded message only when dialling other NON TPG Landlines.. "Calls to the destination are currently congested please try again later OCA0142" I'm able to call mobiles, 1800 and 13 numbers. I'm not sure if other people calling me are receiving the same message. I'm able to call my number from my mobile fine. Thanks for all help..

Cheers @Shane Lucky for logs and the user guide help me pin point whats going on. I did also resseve a call from a tech yesterday to confirm my MAC to reregister it, that make have had something to do with no incoming call account found.. Would be nice to have acess to some of the VOIP setting like DND , saves me ringing yas all the time... Keep safe ay....

@Shane @Riezl @mods Not sure why my post is marked as a solution... can an mod unmark it as not a solution, doesnt have anything to do with the thread.... ill be editing it blank @warkus sorry didnt mean to hijack your thread.. I believe for account bundles, the separate billing is for unlimited call privileges (Voice Add-on)? I can't find a naked nbn plan that tpg offer. Could they port the number away and give u a new number and just disable the voice addons? Seems messy....

So were you able to port the number out? This might be the only way to go it seems. Tpg dont allow my number to recieve calls, only make them atm. 1 week, still waiting to Toggle DND off. I have an issue with VoIP on the Archer VR1600v2 on 30-04-2021 (can make call but unable to receive calls – get engaged signal) Received this SMS on Sunday 10:30am: TPG ticket #11408948. If you need to contact us for the duration of this ticket you may email us at techops@tpg.com.au or reply to this SMS I replied to the SMS & Emailed techops with these most recent logs from the modem: 2021-05-04 23:58:00 VOIP Information can not find any account for the incoming call 2021-05-05 00:34:39 VOIP Notice Reject incoming call due to mapped FxS is disabled or DND/ANON REJ is set Clearly a setting in the modem VoIP has been set to do not disturb, and since there is no way for me to edit VoIP settings, I'm stuck.. Anyone else with this modem having this issue or is it just me... Thank for all help...
