I have been playing games and gets disconnected a few times a day. also while in Zoom meetings for work keeps getting minor drops and reconnects. A drop even happened during my test on the speed test with TPG as per attached picture.   I checked tpg NBN status... nothing. So what's going on? I keep getting disconnections after NBN installation (for 1-2 mins every 1-2 days, sometimes at night sometimes in the day) so I bought another router so I don't have to use the stock Archer VR1600v but my new router tp-link Archer AX50 can't be connected directly to the NBN box, just won't authenticate. Is spotify blocked? I can access it outside my home network, ok on the phone (4G Kogan) can remote to work computer and my work computer can access www.spotify.com/au just fine. But all my devices at home can't access spotify. I have done a complete factory reset to router and took all settings off. Updated to latest firmware on my router (Billion 7800n). I have my computer on ethernet and my phone on wifi and both can't access spotify.com   I have also noticed my internet is running much slower then normal.
